• Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable unless canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Refunds or re-cleans are at our discretion and must be requested within 48 hours of completion.
Customer Responsibilities
• Ensure access to water sources and clear the work area of vehicles, furniture, and pets.
• Notify us of any pre-existing damage, fragile materials, or areas of concern before cleaning begins.
• Understand that results vary based on surface age, material, and condition.
Property and Damage Liability
While we take great care, Semper Shine Pressure Washing is not liable for:
• Pre-existing damage, loose materials, oxidation, or paint flaking revealed after washing.
• Water intrusion due to damaged seals, cracks, or gaps.
• Losses caused by client negligence or failure to prepare the area.
Clients agree to hold Semper Shine Pressure Washing harmless from any indirect or consequential damages related to the performance of our services.
Intellectual Property Rights
